- Controlling the use of, and accounting for, the assets and facilities of the organisation
- Conducting Special Forces operations during high and low conflict military operations
- Acting as the warrior diplomat during Peace Keeping Operations
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting information and data to develop possible Special Forces solutions to given "military" problems and challenges
- Appling administrative, financial, logistical and military procedures, taking in account the Spec Forces' operating environment and national legislative, security and/or emergency policies and procedures
- Assessing, developing and maintaining individual and small unit proficiency in specialised combat related skills
- Validating combat readiness standards
